The Arriba Digital Wellness Platform (Arriba Platform) is an online platform containing three purpose-designed programs: CheckInToday, StepUpToday and MyDirection. The app promotes overall health and wellbeing through sound clinical research and years of practical and firsthand experience in the mental health field enabled by digital technology. 

CheckInToday is a prevention-focused program. Starting with an online, clinically proven assessment, it aims to identify mental health and wellbeing issues early. Based on assessment outcomes, it grades customers on a Wellness Scale and then triages them to targeted coaching programs to implement early intervention measures. 

StepUpToday is a functional intervention program. Beginning with a proprietary assessment, it guides customers to set simple, measurable and realistic goals to help them regain their independence after injury or illness. It focuses on continuous and incremental improvement of each customer’s mental health and wellbeing. Arriba’s mobile app has been developed to provide real-time coaching and intervention strategies. 

MyDirection is a psychosocial intervention program that aims to assist people with overcoming internal challenges such as mindset, thoughts, feelings, and external challenges, including relationships, addiction, and financial issues. Similar to CheckInToday and StepUpToday, its starting point requires customers to complete an
