The Peard Group is an independently owned Real Estate business in Western Australia which has operated for over 25 years. The group consists of multiple businesses that offer clients property and financial services throughout their property journey. Over the last 5 years, the Peard Group, like many businesses, has experienced the change in customer behaviour as they shift away from brick-and-mortar business, to online methods of communication, engaging and transacting.

In order to make it through a national recession, changes in consumer behaviour, and a global pandemic, the business analysed its marketing initiatives, processes and business strategy.

The Peard Group has a long-standing culture of innovation and creativity, so the group used this to implement initiatives that would improve their lead generation results.

The lead generation strategy consisted of the following initiatives; digital lead generation techniques, reporting and data analysis, developing a referrals app, utilising the tenant database and a brand refresh.

The outcome of the initiatives and strategy at large has encouraged a positive improvement in the level of lead generation to business produced. Overall, the business has seen an increase in the sales revenue and achieved strong Sales Agent retention and extremely low staff turnover. The implementation of such initiatives has resulted in improvements in customer service and client satisfaction. Most importantly, the new model has brought the business into a new era of lead generation and fostered long lasting change so that the organisation can continue to grow into a third decade of business.
