Securexchange, powered by InfoTrack, was established in 2019. Securexchange is an online workspace that reforms the way property professionals, and their consumers operate. On this platform, property professionals and their customers (those who are buying or selling a property) can share and sign legal documents and receipt transfer of funds relating to a property sale using the digitally secure platform.
Through extensive conversations with property professionals, InfoTrack identified a problem. There was a disconnected user journey in a property transaction, limited cybersecurity awareness and a large number of professionals still manual handling documentation.
The COVID-19 pandemic has undoubtedly disrupted property transactions in Australia. For professionals involved in this industry, it has not only presented a rare opportunity to change the behaviours of those who have been slow to adopt digitalisation in the past, but re-educate and listen to those that have already embraced technology. Securexchange continues to successfully implement a change of behaviour for Australian property professionals.
